In order for your wedding in Las Vegas to be a legal ceremony, it is required to obtain a marriage license from Clark County.

Requirements:
No waiting period, no blood test required.
Expiration Date:
One (1) year after receiving your marriage license.
Wedding Officiants
Requirements:
The State of Nevada requires all officiants to be certified by the county in which they live.
Sunset Gardens Officiants:
All of Sunset Gardens’ officiants are certified and licensed in the State of Nevada.
A Spanish-speaking officiant is available upon request.
Using Your Own Officiant:
If you have a friend or family member who wants to officiate your wedding, they can apply to officiate one ceremony in Nevada.
