You can pick up your personal decorations the night of your wedding or the following day between 9 AM and 10 AM. Who will be my contact the day of my event?
All of our Sunset Gardens packages include a dedicated Day-Of Wedding Coordinator.
What does a day-of wedding coordinator do?
A day-of wedding coordinator at our venue ensures that your wedding day runs smoothly. They will assist with finalizing vendor details, coordinating the menu, and making sure everything is in place for your ceremony and reception. Our coordinators are available to answer your questions at any point during your wedding. While it’s important to note that our day-of coordinators do not handle custom wedding tasks (ex: we do not design specialty cocktails, build out elaborate decorations, etc.), we are always available to share helpful resources so that your vision comes to life!
How many hours in advance, the day of my event, will I have access to the facility?
Access time varies depending on the package chosen – please reach out to us to discuss further. Some rooms allow access as early as 9 am on the day of your event. Your privacy is important to us. Please note that property tours are scheduled during our business hours from 9 am to 4:30 pm, but we will ensure that these tours do not interfere with your getting ready time.
What is the back up plan for rain or inclement weather?
In case of rain or inclement weather, we’ll move your event indoors. We’ll set up the ceremony on the dance floor, providing a beautiful backdrop of our gardens and twinkle lights.
Do I pick who we get from the vendor list?
To ensure we provide the highest quality service, our venue works with a select group of trusted vendors who are well-acquainted with our venue and its specific needs. While we do our best to honor any vendor requests, we cannot always guarantee specific vendors due to scheduling constraints. Rest assured, any vendor we work with are skilled professionals who are experienced in crafting special memories and making your day exceptional. For any vendors not on our primary list, we carry out a thorough approval process to confirm they meet our standards and are the right fit for our venue.
